    We at Premier want to help you focus on yourself as we begin 2022. It is important to take time out of each day for a little “you” time. We want to continue to support you in your community and ensure your safety, security and health.

    The most honest and enduring love should always be self-love. Practicing self-love can help to reduce stress and promote a healthier lifestyle. We want to help you find happiness in your day today, so here are some helpful tips to reconnect with yourself:

    • Think positive thoughts
    • Do something you love
    • Write down your dreams
    • Spend time in nature
    • Write down 5 things that you are grateful for
    • Drink an extra glass of water
    • Engage yourself in your care plan
    • Set manageable goals
    • Eat nutritious meals
    • Talk to a friend, loved one or neighbor

    We hope that by using these tips, it will allow you to focus and take care of yourself every day. Premier and our aides are here to support YOU while you focus on yourself. Talk to your aide about the support you need. They can work with you and your family to ensure your health needs are fulfilled. Most importantly, talk to your Premier aide and your family about staying up to date on all of your doctor visits so you continue taking care of you!
