Ms. Lousberg has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Hartford. She has worked for Premier Home Health Care Services since 1992. In the course of her over twenty years of tenure with the company, she has held several positions that have given her a broad range of experience in all areas of both Licensed and Certified home health care administration and operations.
She is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Payroll, Billing and Collection departments. In 2015, she also took over management responsibilities for the Information Technology department. Ms. Lousberg is the primary liaison between Premier and their software vendors, continually working to improve operations and performance through technological advances, keeping Premier on the cutting edge.
